At Scooby Do’s Pet Grooming, we reserve dedicated time for each pet to ensure a calm, personalized grooming experience. To maintain this level of care, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late fee may apply if we are still able to accommodate your pet. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled to avoid disrupting other scheduled pets. This policy allows us to thoughtfully accommodate other pets awaiting their grooming appointment. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, respect for our time, and continued trust in our care. 💛
